Dog Walking

Good morning.
I am Shinoda Toshio. Call me “Toshi”.
I live in north Tokyo in Japan.
It is still hot in Japan in mid-September.
My neighborhood area is near the crossing of two big rivers.
There is much grass around the riverbank.
I am taking the dog for a walk around the riverbank in the early morning of a holiday.
When I see many green scenes, I feel fresh feeling.
The dog will feel fresh too.
After the walk is finished, the dog dozes relaxedly for a while in the cool room.
It seems that here is the secret of long life .

However, I think there is a better word than "fresh".  Perhaps you mean, "young, youthful, brand-new, reborn, or refreshed"?
The dog will feel fresh too.
