Everybody in their lives is are really waiting for people to ask them questions so that they can be truthful about who they are and how they became what they are.( Marc Pachter)

Everybody need a question to elicit their true salves,but this is impossible that everyone could have a chance to re-recognize hemselves.So it’s an amazing ability that a interviewer could find interviewees’ thoughts at the bottom of their heart.Excellent interviewers are just like psychological counselors,they can help interviewees release their stress and find their true salves.
