Acquaintance or Friend? When does one know if a person is your friend or a simple acquaintance? The hard thing is realising that someone you try to keep as a friend in your life have slipped from grasp and has simply become an acquaintance sadly. But it takes two people for a friendship to exist, and when one person shows no interest in talking with the other and never able to find even a little bit of time for that person, then it is only a matter of time before the friendship fades into memory. But sometimes an acquaintance can become a friend again whether it be a childhood or school friend or someone from another country. I hope one of my acquaintances becomes a friend again as i miss that person in my life.
