It's not wrong. It's same meaning.
But if は after 今日, it means that
Before today you've went somewhere then 「would you like to watch the movie?」
今日映画をみませんか。 dosen't have that means.

4. what is the difference between いきますand 来ます？
You use these verbs
行きます・・・ the destination is not where you stay.
来ます・・・ the destination is where you stay.
Ex.「私は明日あなたの家に行きます。」「彼女は今日私の家に来ます。」「私は昨日ここへ来ました。」
