Eu sou francesa, moro em França e estudo o português.

It is ok to say or write "em França" - it is grammatically correct, but is more common to put an article before the countries' names when it is possible. "em a = na".
But "Portuguese" after an article sounds more like people from Portugal, but it still grammatically correct.

Eu sou francesa, moro na França e estudo a língua Portuguesa.

Observar que eu quis sugerir a parte em azul, pois, do jeito que você escreveu, fica em sentido dúbio,certo?
