A field trip

Last Satuday I went to Hoa Binh with my classmates in on a field trip. We went to Hoa Binh hydro electricity plant. It is ranked the second in Viet Nam’s hydropower (after Son La hydro electricity power that’s also on Black River,too). It was started in 1979 and was inaugurated in 1994. The Soviet Union helped Vietnam a lots with the contruction of this project. It took them 15 years to complete, with a total cost is of about 1910.000.000.000VND.
