اینده متعلق به(از آن) کسی است که کار میکند

چیزهای خوب متعلق به شما است فقط بعد از اینکه برایش خوب کار بکنید

سکوت خودش را می شکند = Silence shatters itself (honestly i didn t get what you meant)

صدایتان سکوت را می شکند = Your voice/sound shatters silence

حقیقت سکوت را می شکند = The truth will shatter silence

من شیشه شکسته را روی میز گذاشتم = I put the shattered glass on the table (does this need ra?)

فقط بعد از اینکه کارش خوب بکنی که چیزهای خوب متعلق به شما هستند

چیزهای خوب متعلق به شما است فقط بعد از اینکه برایش خوب کار بکنید
Second sentence is correct!

سکوت خودرا داغان میکند = Silence shatters itself
The translation is correct! But you better say: سكوت، خود (يا خودش) را مي شكند

صدایتان سکوت را داغان میکند = Your voice/sound shatters silence
The translation is correct! But it is better to say: صدايتان، سكوت را مي شكند

حقیقت سکوت را داغان میکند = The truth will shatter silence
The translation is correct but you should say: حقيقت، سكوت را مي شكند

من شیشه داغان شده را روی میز گذاشتم = I put the shattered glass on the table (does this need ra?)

or

من شیشه داغان را روی میز گذاشتم ?
The second translation is correct but it is said "شيشه ي شكسته" instead of "شيشه داغون شده" in Persian by the way the preposition "ra" must exist.

"داغون شدن و داغون كردن" is used for unbreakable things such as "car, carpet, iron and etc" but "شكستن و شكسته شدن" is used for breakable things such as "wood, glass, tree, stone and etc" but as you can see in my correction this rule doesn't work in some cases that what you are talking about isn't a material!

"shattered glass" = شیشه شکسته

or

شیشه داغان شده
Correct= شيشه شكسته

The second sentence is correct; except we have "those". so you should say: " آینده به آن‌ها متعلق است که کار میکنند." 

"Good things belong to you only after you work hard for it"

فقط بعد از اینکه کارش خوب بکنی که چیزهای خوب متعلق به شما هستند

چیزهای خوب متعلق به شما است فقط بعد از اینکه برایش خوب کار بکنید

The second sentence is correct. :)
