Even native speakers have different accent, so we should not be worried about having an accent to speak!

アクセントへの母語干渉があるのは当然で、それを１００％取るためには全くコストの合わない練習時間を必要とします。　アクセントに関して、ほぼ１００％の日本人が見逃していることがあります。　外人アクセントの中にも好感をもてるものと、神経を逆撫でする不愉快なものがあります。　英語に限らず、どの言語でも同じです。　多くの英語の達者な日本語話者の英語は不愉快な部類に入ります。　上手いひとほど、気を付けなければなりません。　nativeはこの件について表立って批評することは、まずありません。＿＿＿＿ご存知でしょうが、一つの長い文でないと伝えられない、ニュアンス、論理構造があります。　私は、書かれた英文のような、多少長めの、修飾関係を多く持つ構文を練習することは正しいことだと思います。　好きだ、嫌いだ、痛い、痒い、を表現するだけの外国語など百害あって一理無し。

Hello, Asako. Your English writing is of a high standard. However, I have offered a few amendments as to how you could improve the article. My main concern is that the article is composed of just two sentences and the first one is far too long. I would suggest you need to change this into two sentences, at least.

Even native speakers have different accents, so we should not be worried about speaking with an accent.!

I completely agree. Your accent is unimportant, as long as you speak clearly and pronounce correctly. Every native speaker has an accent. I have an Irish accent when I speak. The accents of some non native speakers make English sound really lovely - I love to hear English spoken with a French, Spanish or Italian accent.
