I just read an ad about a miraculous stone oil. How do they manage to get this oil from stone, how hard you should push on stone to get a single drop of oil? Oh, poor charlatans.

I just read an ad about a miraculous stone oil. How do they manage to get this (this seems too specific for this sentence) oil from stone, how hard you should ("do you have to" - or - "does one have to") push on stone to get a single drop of oil? Oh, poor charlatans.
