Clean up the beach --- 淨灘
Last Sunday, I went to a beach where is in the northeast of Taipei. I was thinking about if I should be there or not. Because I went alone and I am a little shy, but the goal is clean up the beach and I want to do something meaningful, so I overcome my fear and done it. After cleaning, I found many people came alone but they are brave than me, besides, I met some nice friends there although we just know each other for a while. I was encouraged by this experience and I felt much better than I thought. Can't wait to attend next activity! Do it or you will never know what you get!

Last Sunday, I went to a beach where is in the northeast of Taipei ("northeast of Taipei"的意思是台北外面的東北部; "northeast Taipei"的意思是在台北的東北部). I was wondering whether I should be there or not, because I went alone and I am a little shy, but the goal was to clean up the beach and I wanted to do something meaningful, so I overcame my fear and did it. After cleaning, I found many people came alone but they were braver than me.(正式： "braver than I (was),"； 隨便（英文老師不會喜歡，但是講英語的人常常說的）： "braver than me") Besides, I met some nice friends there although we'd just known each other for a while. I was encouraged by this experience and I felt much better than I expected. Can't wait to attend the next activity! Do it or you will never know what you are missing!

However, I wanted to do something meaningful so I overcame my fear and went to the beach cleanup.the goal is clean up the beach and I want to do something meaningful, so I overcome my fear and done it. After cleaning, I found many brave people who also came alone. but they are brave than me, besides, I met some nice friends there although we just knew each other for a while. I was encouraged by this experience and I felt much better than I thought. I can't wait to attend next activity! Do it or you will never know how much fun it is.

You know, when I first came to Taiwan, people were little concerned about the environment. I mean, they knew pollution was a problem, but they felt there was little they could do, it was the cost of economic development, it was because Taiwan was too small, etc.
By the time I left six years later, things had changed a lot! Taiwan people had begun to take responsibility—not simply by legislation, but individually as well. I remember going on trips to the mountains with a friend. Not only did he take out what he brought in, he also sometimes took out what others had brought in! Everyone in Taiwan should be proud of the dramatic positive changes in attitudes and behavior.
