2013.6.18 I need exercise for summer~! It is rainy day. I feel humid but cool. I don`t like hot. When I was young I didn`t feel hot than other people and have lot of sweat. So I didn`t care about hot weather. But nowdays I can feel hot as other people and have lots of sweat compared with when I was young. and I thought why i changed my body feeling Because my stemina is getting worse and I don`t like exercise. I know Exercise is imortant and helpful for my body. I always think that today i will do exercise!! But the plan disappear so fast in my mind. Give me motivation!!Why do i need exercise and how can i easily like exercise?

When I was young I didn`t feel hoter than other people and have a lot of sweat.
So I didn`t care about hot weather. But nowdays I can feel as hot as other people and have lots of sweat compared with when I was young.
And I thought why I changed my body feeling is

I recently started exercising too, and it's so hard to make yourself exercise. Exercising has a lot of benefits, for example it helps you sleep better, and it releases a chemical in your brain that helps improve your mood, and of course you feel a whole lot better all day just because you did exercise. It doesn't have to be a lot either, just 30 minutes of walking a few times a week will give you benefits.
