This is a text I transcribed from a book using handwriting recognition on a computer. In the picture, the book text is on the left, my text is on the right. A copy of the text on the right is below.

大道不远在身中、萬物皆空性不空。
性若不空和氣住、氣歸元海壽無窮。
欲得身中神不出、莫向靈台留一物。
物在心中神不清，耗散真精損筋骨。
神御氣兮氣留形，不須藥物自長生。
術則易知訣難遇，總然易了不專行。
所以千人萬人學，畢竟終無一個存。     （人----ren，mean “people””human"  入----ru  mean "into""in"）
神若出兮便收來，神返身中氣自回。
如此朝朝並暮暮，自然亦子產靈胎。

「被」在中文用在passive，可是它常常有unlucky的意思。transcribe在這裡不用「被」...
