For Subject+ko cases: I can't think of sentence in which the verb gender depends on the subject when subject is of accusative/objective case, i.e. subject+ko ('humein' is standard form of 'hum ko'). ex. humein jaana tha. mujhe car pasand aayi.(aayi because car is femenine; mujhe is standard form of 'mujh ko'). mujhe roz padhna padta tha. mujhe roz padhai karni padti thi (note padhai is feminine, (translation: i had to read/study every day)).
