Every time I take sleeping pills but still can’t sleep, I count quietly to myself, starting from 1, afterwards I will slowly enter a dream world. This method is very effective at first, but later on, not so much; as I will often make a connection between the numbers and my age! For example, when I get to 4 or 5 I will think about the happy times spent with my granddad in Shanghai; when I get to 7 or 8, I start to think about the joyous times running around the seaside at Yantai; as I continue counting my mood gradually gets more complicated. 92 years have already past, and in half a month it will be 93, I have already experienced everything, I really am a carefree, ready to go at any moment type of person.
