My family members

There are 5 people in my family.
My father is 48 years old and his job is electronic device repairer [or: electrical engineer]. My mother is 42 years old; she is a home maker.
I have two sisters. One of them is a nursing student. They are both of them get married, but I am single.

My family members are 5 people.

It is better to say: There are five people in my family.  (Although "There are" is usually a weak construction, in this case it is fine.)

My father is 48 years old and his job is electronic devise fixer and my mother is 42 years old, She is home maker.

Ok. But try this:

My father is a 48 year old electronic device repairer, and my mother is a 42 year old homemaker.

I have two sisters. One of them is a nursing student.
Both of them get are married, but I'm single.

My family members are 5 people. There are five in my family.  [You don't need to put "people".  It is understood that they are people and not some non-human.  Putting the word "human" sounds like you are insinuating that some of the members are figuratively not human beings at all; i.e. that you don't have cordial relations.  However, if you have a pet cat or dog you wish to include in the family, you can write something like, "there are six people including the cat".  This means five are humans and one is a cat.]

My father is 48 years old and his job is as an electronic device fixer touble shooter.  and My mother is 42 years old, She is a homemaker home maker. I have two sisters, one of them is nursing student but both of them get are married but while I am single.
