ARE FILIPINAS GOOD MARRIAGE MATERIAL? Several days ago, the story of a British man, Ron Shepard, who has been married 8 times was featured in one of our local TV news programs. What makes this story interesting is the fact that his last wife was a Filipina. They have been together for 10 years. 5 of Mr. Shepard's wives are British, one is Singaporean and another one is Thai. The Filipina wife (who is 30 years younger than her British husband) said in the news program that their marriage was a sort of testimony that Filipinas are good marriage material. Do you agree? :) P.S.-Mr. Shepard has just written his autobiography called "Lord of the Wedding Rings" and there are plans of making it a movie soon. Oh! Oh! Jolly, good! :)
