Extremely well done! The only thing you need to remember is that when converting a relative clause to a participle phrase, we omit the verb "to be." The exception is number 2, perhaps because the meaning of "to be able" has to do more with the verb "can" or "to know (how)" than with "being." You could also say "Knowing Finnish, I was able to...."

3. You have a minor typo: Split
5. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe just "after moving out"
or just "having moved out" would be sufficient to situate the action in the pluperfect.
