Do we learn more from finding out that we have made mistakes or from our successful actions? Why? It cannot be denied that we have to face many obstacles during our life, so both failure and success are meaningful to our development. In my opinion, I always think that it is our mistakes that teach us more precise lessons than our success on the following grounds. To begin with, it is believed that people find it easy to advoid doing the wrong things if they used to cause these mistakes before. For example, when facing a difficult issue which we do not how to deal with , we may give a bad solution. As a result, we have to pay for what we decide but that bad consequence has make an impression on our mind. Furthermore, our error is a great lesson teaching us the way to cope with the same problems. It is clear that experience gained from failure is always memorable and worthy. Another reason is that what does not kill us make us stronger. Life is not a bed full of roses and it is necessary for us to face challenge and make mistake. Even many successful people have live a difficulty life. However, we can see that after failing, they stand up and get stronger. Failures and tears are the important factors to practice our spirit. Last but not least, it is said that failure is the mother of success. To reach the goal, every of us has to experience thousands of errors. More importantly, the way that we correct mistakes day by day helps us accumulate precise experiment and advoid repeating those errors. To sum up, I strongly assume that our mistakes give us meaningful lessons since they prevent people from redoing the wrong things again, help practice our mental spirit and become the basic for our following success.

I think that since we only have one life, we cannot possibly know what is right to do nor what is right to want, because we can't compare the result of one action with some hypothetical result of other action. How can you know that some mistake has made you a better person if you cannot see to what scenario would 'doing-the-right-thing' lead you.Or what actually *is* the right thing.
