I will try to translate The Hunger Games: Catching Fire's book summary (which is at the back of the book):

After the success of the last Hunger Games, Panem's people can't wait to see Katniss and Peeta for on the Victory Tour. But for Katniss, it is above all a tour of the last chance (I do not know what you are saying here). The one who dared to defy the Capitol has became the symbol of a rebellion that might make Panem catch fire.
