writting task 1 The four pie charts represent the units of electricity by fuel source in Australia and France from 1980 to 2000. The fuel source that this research focused on were coal, oil, natural gas, hydro power and nuclear power. According to the graphic data, we can discern that the two different trends between Australia and France. More exactly, the units of electricity by coal has an increase from 50 units in 1980 to 130 units in 2000 in Australia. In the meanwhile, the units of electricity by nuclear power in France go up to 126 units in 2000 which was only 15 units twenty years ago. In the past twenty years, There was a similar decline in the units of electricity by oil and natural gas in the two countries arrived at 2 units in 2000. Interestingly, the nuclear power was not used in Australia at all. From the graph, it is found that the types of fuel source used to generate electricity became less. Besides, if we compare the units between the four fuel source found in the four pie charts here, one single fuel source had taken up the largely proportion.

The four pie charts represent the units of electricity by fuel source in Australia and France from 1980 to 2000. The fuel sources focused on were coal, oil, natural gas, hydro power and nuclear power.

According to the data, we can discern that there were two different trends between Australia and France. More precisely, the units of electricity generated by coal increased from 50 units in 1980 to 130 units in 2000 in Australia. In the meantime, the units of electricity generated by nuclear power in France go up to 126 units in 2000 from 15 units twenty years earlier. In the past twenty years, there was a similar decline in the units of electricity generated by oil and natural gas in the two countries, falling to 2 units in 2000. Interestingly, the nuclear power was not used in Australia at all.

From the graph,we can see that some types of fuel source used to generate electricity were less used over this period. In fact, if we compare the units generated between the five fuel sources found in the four pie charts here, one single fuel source had generated the largest proportion.
