I'm not sure what you're asking for, but I'll add some context for anyone else who might read your note. 

An average European means a person from Europe who generally looks European, acts European, shares European values etc. However, since Europe is a continent and also includes the western part of Russia, I'm not sure an average European really exists. 

A typical European probably does exist though, because we tend to think that a "typical" person from anywhere matches our stereotypes or biases. So, if I were from Africa, I might have an idea in my mind of what a typical European is like, and a person from Asia might have a completely different idea.
