Watched flamenco show on my birthday The other day,I went to see Flamenco show with my husband to celebrate my birthday. It was really fantastic. Spanish dancers, singers and guitarlists are all amazing. I have watched flamenco a few times in Spain long time ago, but I was too young to understand the attractiveness of flamenco. I was much more impressed this time.

Thanks, Max! It really helped me a lot. "Appreciate" did not pop into my head at all, even though it is a familiar word. I'm going to keep that in mind!

Max, while I agree with what you're saying, I don't want to jump the gun and get into more advanced stuff like yet. I fear it might lead to information overload, which would lead to forgetting other foundational concepts. That would be something I would suggest if her text was literally perfect, and she wanted to enhance her point.

Stylistically, you would be better off using 'appreciate' instead of 'understand' in your second to last sentence. In English, you typically 'understand' things like ideas and concepts, whereas you 'appreciate' aesthetic things such as music, dance, and art. The difference is subtle and not terribly important (what you wrote is completely understandable and correct), just thought you might want to know.
