everyone has its treehole ,you can talk to it alone Two months have been past since work with this team ,As time goes by ,the atmosphere here is depressive,everyone is a gentlewoman ,everywhere is peaceful ,they have no ego,but like a robot.you can't criticize your partner,your superior and the unreasonable that exits in the working .what you have do is obedience.afterall,I'm a new worker I don't want to complain ,I'm just anguish .as a international trade company,it is far away from my imagination . Two months have passed since I started working with this team. As time goes by, the atmosphere here is depressing. Everyone is a gentle woman, everywhere (everyone?) is peaceful, they have no ego, but they're like a robots. You can't criticize your partner or your superior and the unreasonable things that exist in the workplace. What you have do is obey. After all, I'm a new worker.

I don't want to complain, I'm just in anguish. As a international trade company, it is far away from my imagination (or: "...from how I imagined it").

I wish to adjust my mindset by this way.

It is unfortunate that you find your work team depressive. Can't you stimulate them with a little conversation? Try their curiosity with some English. There's not need to create conflict.
