È molto interessante come una persona puo cercare un l'attività della sua vita. Che cosa c'è da fare/ si può fare  se una persona hai le molti hobby e tu non vuole scegliere soltanto una cosa? :)

È molto interessante come una persona possa cercare un'attività per la vita. Che cosa puoi fare se hai molti hobby e non vuoi sceglierne soltanto uno?

possa: Subjunctive

un'attività: don't forget the apostrophe in front of feminine nouns

Hobby is plural (therefore the adjective has to be plural too - molti)

sceglierne: -ne refers to hobby

uno refers to hobby too

- the subject can be omitted in Italian, thefore is not necessary to write 'tu' before the verb

the expression "attività" is not clear, do you mean a job? or just a hobby for life?

"È interessante cercare un hobby. (E non sempre facile, aggiungerei) Ogni persona può trovare un'attività per il suo tempo libero, ma che fare se hai molte interessi e non vuoi scegliere soltanto una per il tuo hobby?"

"Finding a hobby that suits you is interesting. (And not always easy, I'd add). Anyone can find an activity for his/her free time, but what to do when you have many interests and can't decide one as your hobby?"
