Nakakaiyak = moving one to tears; mournful

The use of "nakakaiyak" in your sentence is hyperbolic. What it really means is simply, "sad".

“nakakaiyak na ako at masaya naman” = It is "tearful"/sad that it’s me and happy, in a way.  - Not sure though if that’s what you really wanted to say.

“nakakaiyak na ako pero masaya rin naman (ako)” = It is "tearful"/sad that it’s me, but in a way, (it makes me/I am) happy too.

Based on your comment, you were teary-eyed because the TV series, Be Careful with my Heart, has ended. It's cute because lots of people are into Sir Chief and Maya's love story. Now on to the corrections.

1. Henry is correct about his definition of nakakaiyak.

2. The first recommended correction means that you are teary-eyed but happy still. Naiiyak is the verb used for the person who is going to cry.

3. The second recommended correction on the other hand means the show moved you to tears but it was a happy show. Nakakaiyak refers to that something that made you cry.

4. Pero means but. Since you are using two contrasting words, I thought instead of connecting them with at (which means and), you probably meant despite. Thus, pero is more appropriate.
