Yes, I have lost my credit card once when I was shopping in a store. I forgot it on the shop and I realized when I went to take out money from a cash machine. I phoned to the shop and I said:" Hello, I´ve just forgotten my credit card there".

One time i'm forgot my credit card in ATM. The next day was began with call from my bank 8-)
