Now I live in Cairo , study Arabic literature and work . At the moment i'm now knowing about my future and what I will be .. please correct my text

Before the war , I was wanted to be psychology teacher . but the war smashed my dreams .
I had left my university , my home and my friends .
I left Syria since 2 years ago.
Now I live in Cairo and study Arabic literature and work .
At the moment i'm now knowing (Now I know/At the moment I don't know) about my future and what I will be ..
