in this expression, i think it's more polite , the mean is Hello, my name is Kenzo, this is the first time we meet , Nice to meet you!

Is "Kenzo" pronounced "kenzou"? If it is, it is "ケンゾウ" in Japanese.

But it's a great simple introduction! Nice to meet you, Kenzo.

おはおう - ohayou (sounds like ohaiyo)

おひよ - ohiyo (sounds like oheyo?)
