江上渔者 The Fisherman on the river （渔者 means fisherman in English,and 渔 means go fishing）

江上往来人，但爱鲈鱼美。 All those who walk along the river,love the deliciousness of the bass.

君看一叶舟，出没风波里。 Thou shall take a look,in and out comes that one little boat regardless of the waves.

元日 The Spring Festival

爆竹声中一岁除，One year is gone with the noise of firecrackers,

春风送暖入屠苏。 and the wind of the spring gets our wine warmer.

千门万户瞳瞳目， When tens of thousands of family can bath in the shiny sunshine, （actually I think it is "日" here,not 目）

总把新桃换旧符。 they would refresh their couplets outsides their houses.

泊船瓜洲

京口瓜洲一水间，What blocks the capital and the Guazhou county is only a flow of water,

钟山只隔数重山。If only I could climb over several hills,I could be in Mountain Zhong.

 春风又绿江南岸，Another time that the spring has refreshed the south,

 明月何时照我还。 when would the pure moonlight in my hometown lit me up again?

但爱鲈鱼美。只知喜爱鲈鱼之鲜美。但：只。爱：喜欢。 鲈鱼：一种头大口大、体扁鳞细、背青腹白、 味道鲜美的鱼。 生长快，体大味美。

君看一叶舟，请您看那一叶小小渔船。君：你。一叶舟：像漂浮在水上的一片树叶似的小船。

出没风波里。 时隐时现在滔滔风浪里。出没：若隐若现。指一会儿看得见，一会儿看不见。风波：波浪。

爆竹声中一岁除， 在噼里啪啦的爆竹声中送走了旧年迎来了新年。爆竹：古人烧竹子时发出的爆裂声。用来驱鬼避邪，后来演变成放鞭炮。一岁除：一年已尽。除：去。
春风送暖入屠苏。 人们迎着和煦的春风，开怀畅饮酒。屠苏：药酒名。古代习俗，大年初一全家合饮这种用屠苏草浸泡的酒，以驱邪避瘟疫，求得长寿。
千门万户瞳瞳目， 家家户户都被太阳的光辉照耀着，曈曈：日出时光亮而又温暖的样子。千门万户 ：形容房屋广大或住户极多。
总把新桃换旧符。每家每户都在新年的时候取下了旧春联换上了新春联。桃：桃符，古代一种风俗，农历正月初一时人们用桃木板写上神荼、郁垒两位神灵的名字，悬挂在门旁，用来压邪。也作春联。

京口瓜洲一水间，京口和瓜洲不过一水之遥，京口：在今江苏省镇江市，长江的南岸。 瓜洲：在长江北岸，扬州南郊，即今扬州市南部长江边,京杭运河分支入江处。一水：一条河。古人除将黄河特称为“河”，长江特称为“江”之外，大多数情况下称河流为“水”，如汝水、汉水、浙水、湘水、澧水等等。这里的“一水”指长江。　间（jiān）：在一定的空间、（时间）内。
钟山只隔数重山。钟山也只隔着几重青山。钟山：今南京市的紫金山。隔：间隔。数重：几层。　
春风又绿江南岸，温柔的春风又吹绿了大江南岸，绿：吹绿。

明月何时照我还。可是，天上的明月呀，你什么时候才能够照着我回家呢？还(huán)：回。
