There are 63 km0 Restaurants. What is a km0 Restaurant?. It is a restaurant which uses goods that are produced in the same area that the restaurant is located and they have to be ecological and  grown during of the current season. What's more, they have to avoid transgenic food and cook fish with which are captured in a sustainable way.
The 63 restaurants are spread across in all of the Catalonia area and there are several different kinds, from tapas restaurants to a ones serving typical dishes of Catalonia. Many innovative restaurants are included.
Yesterday, it were the chefs Fermí Puig i and Ramon Parellada who were in charge of to handing out  in the awards to the restaurants. After the awards gala there was a lunch.

The 63 restaurants are spread in all over Catalonia area and there are different kinds, from tapas restaurants to a the typical dishes of Catalonia, innovative restaurants are included.
Yesterday it were was the xefs chefs Fermí Puig i Ramon Parellada who were in charge to hand in out (<em>or</em> hand over) the awards to the restaurants, and after the awards gala there was a lunch.
