I suggest you to say:

"hello everyone

HI, MY NAME IS ISABEL. I FROM OF COLOMBIA. I am 27 years old. (I HAVE 27 YEARS OLD).

Different from Spanish (your language) and Portuguese (my language), in English you don't use the verb "to have" for age, but "to be"( I am .... years old, you are..... old). ;)
