I'm I have been studying English for about 1 year. Probably I'm probably just conversational in English though, so I'm not fluent. However I could hardly understand any English last April, because I just started to study English for the first time in 20 years. Trust me, improving English skills might be is very hard for most Japanese people. Even if I have trouble speaking fluent English right<em>("speaking English fluently" is better)</em> now, I would like to challenge myself to my goal regarding conversational English.
