Just to add to the corrections already given. When using "taga" to indicate one's place of origin, a hyphen should link it to the place given. Ex: taga-Washington, taga-Pilipinas, taga-Cebu. Also, though what you meant was understood when you used "nagsasalita ako", it actually translates to "I am speaking at this moment". It would be better to say, "nakapagsasalita ako", which means "I am able to speak". However, the more natural way to say it would be "marunong akong mag-Ingles at Espanyol", which means, "I know how to speak English and Spanish". The "mag" there would translate to "how to speak".

Wow! Magaling ka! Puwede kong tumulong kita sa Espanyol, dahil native(?) ako. Nag-aaral din Tagalog ako, puwede natin pumasama(?) at tumulong ang ibang :)
