This short dialog is an excercise for fixing in memory some useful expressions, words and phrasal verbs.

-Hi Jack, are you staying informed about last (latest) news from the Olympic Games?
-No, I haven't had a chance to turn the TV on, it was (a) pretty rough week. But it would be nice if you could keep me up on (the) news from there.

Hey man, good job on your English. I added in a few words in ( ) that will make your sentences flow a little more naturally. I crossed out a few words that were not needed or made the sentence feel less natural.
