I partly agree with this statement. It’s true that getting enough sleep is essential for helping us stick to a diet, making us workouts more productive, or boosting us our immune system in general. The deep sleep state is also the time during which our body repairs itself. I think it’s necessary to sleep well and it is a factor that helps us to be better. But, in the life of every person is influenced by many factors such as diet or exercise.
