I changed it to: "Nu är även jag på italki!" as it made more sense cosidering you haven't posted here before :)

"Nu är även jag på italki!" - I am now on italki as well! (This sentence is more straightforward and lets everyone know that you have just joined the site as well (as everyone else here).)

"Nu är jag även på italki!" - Now I am on italki as well! (Here it sounds like you might know a lot of people here already and wants to inform them that you are now also using this site.)
