2週間いないにはお兄さんが卒業します。今日、彼が年鑑を受け取りました。その「転校生」ページがいますとにはドイツ人とスイス人とフィンランド人とイタリア人と日本人がいました。彼らとぜんぜん話しませんでしたけど、ときどき学校で見ましたかも知れない見たかも知れません(or 見かけたかも知れません)。

We usually call it 卒業アルバム(そつぎょうあるばむ), which means "a graduation album."
いない:
If you didn't mean "within two weeks" but "in two weeks," it should be 後, which is pronounced as ご here.
お兄さん:
This is not wrong but may sound a little awkward. We are expected to say 兄(あに) when describing our own brothers in polite expression. When you say "your brother," あなたのお兄さん works well, while あなたの兄 is not appropriate.
1年生、2年生、3年生:
Here you can also say 1年生から3年生 which would sound more fluent.
