Use of all and everything?

Hi guys, I have a doubt from the song "All of me" by John Legend. It can be Everything of me too?? or what is the difference??

Everything is a noun, and all is an adjective, so it has to be used with a noun (like me), for example:

All of my friends live in my neighborhood. OR Everyone in my neighborhood knows me.

We ate all (of) the pizza. OR We ate everything!

In english, we wouldn't say 'everything of me'. It just doesn't sound correct. There are several expressions that we use: All of me Every part of me I think that the main difference is that 'everyTHING' suggests objects instead of a person.
