Quiero llorar!

llevo dos años estudiando español , pero no puedo hablar con los extranjeros en el él (él como pronmbre personal lleva tilde). Ayudame Ayudadme (ayudadme quiere decir que solicitas ayuda a todo el mundo, no solo a una persona),por favor!
