我的家庭
你好!
我是英国习学生,正在学习中国文化(Chinese cultures) or 中文(Chinese)。
I think you were trying to say "I am an English student, who is learning Chinese [cultures]".
(The last part of a series of coordinative components dosen't need a punctuation before it if a 和 already exists)。我和妹妹、弟弟是学生。
中文是很难!(Unlike English, 中文很难 doesn't actually implies "Chinese is VERY difficult" in colloquial occasions. The speaker is just impling that Chinese is difficult to him/her. Subject+是+adjective is an incorrect grammar in Chinese, therefore as a substitution people often use 很 to replace that unacceptable 是 in spoken language. So what should you do if you really want to emphasize that "VERY"? - Just stress that 很.)
Besides,中文是很难 is also correct, but 是 here is an emphasis. It means "Chinese is INDEED very difficult".
我的家庭
大家好!
我是在中国的英国留学生。

中文确实难学!
我的家庭

我是英国习学生中国。 (在中国学习的英国留学生 means I'm an international student from Britain studying in China now.)
我会告诉你一点关于我的家庭。(我家的一些事情 means sth about my family I do know u wanna say"I will tell u a little about my family" but u cant traslate directly, n u should make a little adjustment with the order which is different from English)
我家在英国,有五口人:妈妈,爸爸,妹妹,弟弟、和我。我和妹妹、弟弟都(means all of u)是学生。
中文是难!(maybe u wanna say"Chinese is difficult" , pay attention "is" sometimes is translated to "是" but here should be "中文挺难的" "is" here actually doesnt make any sense.)
