IELTS Writing Task 1 & 2 The bar chart illustrates how many people own a car in China from 1987 to 1999. As can be seen from the bar chat, there were 300 vehicles per thousand people in 1987, the number almost doubled in 1989m at 600. Then it increased by 300 to 900 in 2 years, and the number did not changed much in another 2 years. When it comes to 1995, the vehicle ownership experienced a dramatic growth from 1000 in 1993 to 2000 in 1995. In 1997, the number of vehicles owned by people went up by another 1000 to 3000 per thousand people. And this figure reached the peak in 1999 at just over 4000. For example, Arabic people have to wear headband all the time due to their religion belief, but some companies may require staff to wear uniform during the working time to maintain company culture and a sense of unity as a whole. In this circumstances, the culture conflict would be a dilemma for both employers and employees. Although, I admit that rich countries’ employers may want to help poor countries’ employees get rid of poverty and improve their standard of living by employing them, this could deprive outstanding human from poor countries; this, developing countries cannot develop well in terms of lacking talents. All in all, I believe developed countries should not help developing countries by giving more job opportunities to their people, but by giving more education opportunities to their children in stead, so that to cultivate more elites to go back their own country to renovate their country’s econom
