Do you just want to learn how to speak? Or do you want to learn how to write better as well? Writing can help a lot with your fluency. I made some suggestions down below to help with correcting your sentences. I bet if you sat down and try to do some of the suggestions, you'll get a little closer to your goal of fluency.

I suggest adding a sentence stating that you have not become a fluent English speaker even after studying it for a long time. We can then do some more corrections. It'll help with your fluency and understanding.

I need a conversation with a native English speaker to help me.
My main proplem is that I don't talk English with native speakers.

I need to improve my English level.

Add a sentence explaining why you need to improve your English level. If you mean "want", please keep in mind that "need" is very different from the word "want". I suggest using wordreference.com to help with the understanding.
