You should go to English center. Spend more time and you will get achive well.

Hi! I live in Hanoi too :D and I think English is the problem with all students not only u, Huong :) Fighting :D try to find the best way to improve your English :) don't need to go to an institute! U absolutely can learn English by yourself!
