Two english words. 'Countenance' and 'prodigious'. The first means a person's emotional expression, his or hear bearing. "He displayed an angry countenance." The second is a synonym for 'remarkable', 'accomplished', 'noteworthy', and so on. "He traveled 60 miles by canoe in a single day: a prodigious feat." I noticed these words in a 19th American novel, maybe they are new to some people.
