I forgot to eat breakfast this morning, so my brain didn't work so well until noon because I was feeling so hungry.
My favorite breakfast is a bowl of rice with some nattō and a cup of miso soup. This is a traditional, Japanese dish, but these days, some people just prefer some simple soup and bread over the rice and miso soup. Additionally, in Japan, some people don't eat breakfast at all due to time constraints and diet.
Do you eat breakfast? If so, what do you eat for breakfast in your country?

Anything can be eaten for breakfast in my country. Traditionally, however, people may opt for cereal or a fully-cooked meal, like bacon and eggs with toast or pancakes etc.. Like your country, not everyone eats breakfast here.

My favorite breakfast  is  a bowl of rice with some Natto, and a cup of miso soup. This is Japanese traditional one, but these days some people like some bread and soup better than some rice and miso soup.
Additionally, In Japan, some people don't eat breakfast, because of lack of time or for diet.

I love breakfast, I think it is the best meal of the day. I prefer to skip lunch or dinner, but never breakfast. I usually have coffee and two pieces of toast with butter and marmite (a British spread made of yeast), or a bowl of cereal with fruit yoghurt. Sometimes if I am not in a rush I will eat an omelette with a vegetable salad.
