Clase de Yoga
El lunes por la mañana fui a clase de yoga. Mis manos estaban muy doloridas porque tengo artritis. Estiré como la maestra instruyó(mandó- more informal) y mis manos se sintieron mejor. Decidí a probar más clases.
Monday I went to a yoga class. My hands were very painful because I have arthritis. I stretched as my teacher instructed, and my hands felt better. I decided to try more classes.

El lunes por la mañana fui a clase de yoga. Mis manos estaban muy doloridas doloroso porque tengo artritis. Estiré como la maestra nos instruyó (it would sound more natural, siguiendo las instrucciones de la maestras), y mis manos se sintieron mejor. Decidí a probar más clases.

I love Yoga, I try to do when I have time ;-) really relaxing.
