You did a great job and I don't think there is major mistakes.

But some expressions are kind of wordy.

I would say like following.

英語の勉強と並行して、日本語の勉強もしています。

勉強してもっと上手になりたいです。

留学は絶対に成し遂げたい私の夢です。

Of course, there are tons of ways to say this.
