Many people, even Japanese confuse 「は」 with 「わ」 in the end of the word 「こんにちは」. Though 「は」 is correct.

わたしはきらんです、はじめまして。

It is OK in this order. Although, it sounds much natural if you say as 「はじめまして、わたしはきらんです。」.

わたしはシェフです、わたしはにっぽんしょくにほんしょくがすき！

「にっぽんしょく」 does make sense but 「にほんしょく」 is a much common way to pronounce it. Here's a list of how we say it.

Japanese people -> にほんじん

Japanese language -> にほんご

Japanese food -> にほんしょく

Japanese sake -> にほんしゅ

Japanese style -> にほんしき
