In recent years, we are faced with all kinds of stresses nowadays*, which is becoming more and more serious. Not only students in school but also career workers in society have to face the problem. As we all know, it is important for everyone to maintain the peace of mind. 

We should take a series of effective measures to cope with this situation. For one thing, don't make yourself work for a long time. You'd better have a rest after you have studied an hour or so.
