Juno - Characterization

Juno Macguff, played by Ellen Page, is the main character of the film 'Juno'. She is sixteen years old and is pregnant by Paulie Bleeker. In the end, she gives her baby to Vanessa and Marc, the adoptive parents.
Juno has brown, middle-length har, that she always wears in a ponytail. Her eyes are brown and her figure is quite normal. The girl is pretty small and usually wears boy clothes, for example, her jeans and her jackets.
In her free-time, Juno plays the guitar and loves to listen to pop and rock music. She still goes to school and lives together with her little step-sister at her fathers and stepmothers big house.
When she finds out, that she is pregnant, Juno first wants to have an abortion. But then Sun-Chin tells her, that her baby already got fingernails and the woman at the abortion clinic changes her mind and she decides to give the baby away for adoption to Vanessa and Marc, who she found in a magazine at the Penny-Saver. Juno is quite confident because she doesn't care, what others think about her. Often it seems like she is tough, but especially at her baby's birth, her emotional sideshows of and she is really sad. Furthermore, Juno is sometimes insecure, but she always was sure that she doesn't want to keep the baby. The girl often says thinks, without thinking them through, what sometimes brings her to an embarrassing situation, especially when she is with Vanessa and Marc. She doesn't realize, that she is in love with Paulie, until the conversation with her father, in the end. She also loves her child, but she decides to doesn't receive pictures or information about it, from Vanessa in Marc.
